Background Story

The Celestial Palace, home of the gods, was once a busting city patrolled by innumerable Nazar guardians. Any demon who dared approach the city would be overwhelmed by their peerless flying speed and bound by their fearsome lightning whips which would strip their victims of all magical abilities. No demon could escape when pursued by these divine warriors, and thus perpetual peace was maintained in the Celestial Palace. As their leader, Kaja was able to refine the power of lightning into pure energy to control as he so desired, infliciting catastrophic damage to all enemies who faced him, and was charged with directly protecting the ruler of the city. Countless eons ago, after the ruler completed the creation of the city’s guardians and departed, the city gardually fell into a state of ruin. When Uranus was actived, the ruler of the Celestial Palace handed down new orders to the Nazar to drive the evil demons from the city and rebuild the Celestial Palace in anticipation of the master’s return.

Kaja releases a ring of electricity that rapidly expands until reaching its limit and then returns to his body. Units hit by the ring take 150(+20% Total Magic Power) magic damage per second and are briefly slowed by 30%. When the ring hits an enemy unit, Kaja fires a lightning bolt, dealing 140 magic damage per second to the nearest enemy target. This damage gradually increses over time.

Gale Force – Cooldown: 11.0 – Mana Cost: 65
Charges in a specified direction, Dealing 260(+80% Total Magic Power) magic damage to enemies in his path. When encountering a friendly hero along the way, this dash will be immediately interupted and the encountered teammate will be granted a shield. Can be used again within 10% seconds to move again in a specified direction.

Divine Judgment – Cooldown: 60.0 Mana Cost: 150
Dashes forward a short distance, immediately resetting Sword Spike and shadowblade Slaughter cooldwons, and gaining 2 movement speed for 360(+120% Total Magic Power) seconds. After resetting its cooldown, Sahdowblade Slaughter can be used to immediately throw 5 daggers, while using it again will recover 10 daggers.

Lore Chang'e

Chang'e comes from a mysterious region in the east and is the youngest disciple of The Great Dragon. At a very young age, Chang'e had already demonstrated his magic potential by mastering so quickly that so much magic from The Great Dragon had been introduced to her. Even at the very young age, he managed to learn the secret techniques of The Great Dragon is Sacred Satellite and get the goodness of the dragon's heart. However, Chang'e's love of nature sometimes makes the dragon dizzy made.

Finally, the dragon decides that he no longer has to take care of and teach this so clever and fun student. The Great Dragon decided to hand him over to his adopted son, Zilong, to guard Chang'e. He hopes that Zilong who is so industrious and stoic can give little change to Chang'e. Zilong also loves Chang'e like his own sister, not only from accompanying him to learn magic, but also finding the heavenly beings to play with him.
